He affiliated twice, aboriginal in 1852 to Mathilde Duman (died 1 July 1867) and additional in 1869 to his about Antonie Siemens (1840–1900). Children from aboriginal alliance were Arnold von Siemens and Georg Wilhelm von Siemens. Children from additional alliance were Hertha von Siemens (1870 - 5 January 1939), affiliated in 1899 to Carl Dietrich Harries, and Carl Friedrich von Siemens.
